I chose this hotel for attending a leadership summit and it provided excellent amenities and services for my work needs. The 24-hour business center was very convenient and the complimentary newspapers in the lobby kept me updated. The location near Menora Cultural and Business Center was a bonus.
The only service I missed for my work was a faster internet connection.

Very helpful staff, free airport shuttle, professional, English speaking
The building is a little dated but very well maintained. That would be the only negative. I knew this when I booked it but was overall impressed by everything else.

The Front Office Staff were outstanding. This was my first visit to Ukraine, and I required some help with locating restaurants, shopping and with using my laptop in the hotel's it environment. The Front Office Manager Ms. Kseniya Oleshko was especially helpful to me, particularly with resolving it related issues. The hotel has good physical security, and I appreciated this. I enjoyed my stay, and I felt comfortable and secure during my stay at the hotel.
The hotel is extremely expensive for what are very ordinary (but comfortable) guest rooms. The restaurant staff were not friendly, but the food was ok.

I chose this hotel for attending a workshop and it provided easy access to the Menora Cultural and Business Center. The featured amenities, such as the 24-hour business center, complimentary newspapers in the lobby, and dry cleaning/laundry services, were convenient for my stay. The rooms were clean, and the wifi was stable and fast.
One service that I missed for my work was a dedicated meeting room or conference facility.

The hotel was conveniently located in the heart of the city, near to shopping and dining destinations. the staff were polite and accommodating. the pool was clean and enjoyable.
The hotel's decor was outdated and in need of a revamp. the restaurant was unappealing with a big TV that was distracting during breakfast.

I had a wonderful stay at Grand Hotel Ukraine. the location was superb, right in the middle of the city, with shops, restaurants, and bars just a stone's throw away. Since it was Christmas time, the hotel was beautifully decorated with a big tree and there was even an ice-skating rink nearby. the staff was incredibly friendly, and the spacious room was comfortable. I especially enjoyed the pool and gym facilities, although they were temporarily closed for renovation, the hotel provided an alternative option for me.
No issues at all. 😊

During my Christmas stay, I was pleased with the spa facilities and the central location of the hotel, which allowed me to easily explore the city. The spa was equipped with a great pool and gym, and with fewer people around, I was able to enjoy some privacy. the hotel was located in the heart of the downtown area, giving me access to multiple options for dining and entertainment.
The rooms were outdated and could use some renovation. Another downside was the smoking area in the center of the building, which made it challenging to keep the windows open in my room.

Perfectly located in the center of all the shopping malls. The staff was friendly and helpful, giving me a lunchbox on the day I left early. The facilities were great, including a spacious room and a wonderful swimming pool. The breakfast was excellent with various hot and cold meals, and the desserts were delightful.
Absolutely nothing.

We had a luxurious stay at this hotel for 4 nights. Our standard double room was impeccably clean, minimalist in decor, and provided a firm and comfortable bed for a good night's sleep. the breakfast buffet was exceptional, offering a wide selection of pastries, eggs, meats, cheeses, smoked salmon. the waitstaff provided excellent service and made delicious espresso drinks upon request. We enjoyed the exclusive amenities of the health club and spa, including a massage. the staff at the reception was competent, helpful, and spoke English fluently.
Our only minor complaint was the absence of free bottled water in the room, and the high cost of the small bottle of Evian. arriving late at night, we had no other option than to consume it.

The hotel had a charming old-world feel with tall ceilings and a lovely interior. The location was fantastic, right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore.- The staff were excellent and provided friendly service throughout our stay.
The WiFi in the room was not stable, although it was always available in the lobby and restaurant. The air conditioning in the room was a bit temperamental, but the issue was quickly resolved.
